Fast to build your packaging by shape
According to the shapes and sealing methods, the types of flexible packaging are often divided into eight styles, which are three side seal bag, back seal bag, stand up pouch(doypack), side gusset bag(quad seal bag), flat bottom bag, spout pouch, special-shaped bag, and roll film.
Packaging pouches or roll stock films are seen everywhere in our lives. These bag pouches and roll films are commonly used for packaging foods, snacks, pet food, beverages, daily chemicals, consumer products, and other items.
Flat bottom bag
Flat bottom bag (also called a block bottom bag or automatic bottom bag) is a type of packaging that combines the convenience of a flexible pouch with the stability of a box-like base. Unlike standard flat pouches, it has a reinforced bottom that allows it to stand upright when filled, making it ideal for retail display and easy storage.
Special-shaped bag
Special-shaped bag (also called die-cut pouch or custom-shaped bag) is a type of flexible packaging that is designed in a unique, non-rectangular shape to enhance branding, functionality, or consumer appeal. Unlike standard pouches (like stand-up or flat-bottom bags), these bags are cut into custom silhouettes using die-cutting techniques, making them stand out on shelves.
Spout pouch
Spout pouch (also called a spout stand-up pouch or liquid pouch) is a type of flexible packaging featuring an integrated spout (usually plastic or screw-top) designed for easy pouring, dispensing, or resealing liquids, semi-liquids, or powders. It combines the convenience of a bottle with the lightweight, space-saving benefits of a pouch.

Jumbo rolls are slit into narrower widths for pouch-making machines.Rolled onto cores for storage/shipping.
2. Pouch Manufacturing Process
Pouches are made from roll stock film using form-fill-seal (FFS) machines or pre-made pouch converters.
Step1: Printing (If Not Pre-Printed)
Digital/flexo or rotogravure printing for custom designs.
Step 2: Lamination (If Needed)
Combines films with aluminum foil, paper, or additional plastic layers using adhesives or heat.
Step 3: Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) Process (For In-Line Production)
